Predictive analytics for capital allocation

Data intelligence for calmer capital decisions

Sova AI combines predictive modeling, risk management and daily performance auditing into a single workflow. It helps busy professionals diversify income and investments with clear rationale, without the need to spend hours on manual analysis.

Every morning you will receive a structured overview of exposure, yield attribution and scenarios. Everything is traceable down to the level of input data and model assumptions.

01 — Default situation

In addition to a demanding career, it is difficult to keep track of capital

Professionals today often combine jobs, investments and side income. Without a system, decision-making breaks down into partial impressions.

Information asymmetry is an everyday reality

Market data, company reports and macroeconomic signals come in different formats and speeds. They cannot be consistently evaluated manually. The result is a delay between event and response, which increases the cost of error.

Emotional distortion enters even rational plans

Under the pressure of time, it is easy to prioritize the latest experience over the long-term trend. Sova AI therefore separates data interpretation from the decision itself and backs up each recommendation with measurable inputs.

Discipline requires structure, not more time

A daily performance audit creates a steady rhythm: exposures, revenue drivers and scenarios on one page. Allocation management thus becomes part of the morning routine, not weekend catch-up.

02 — Daily reporting
Transparent performance monitoring with daily reports

One report per day. Everything important at first glance.

The structure is the same every day in order to compare the development. Only the data, signals and rate of drawdown of risk limits change.

A sample of the daily briefing

Simulated data
Total exposure68% of risky assets

Cash reserve of 32% for flexibility.

Daily revenue attribution+0.18% / +4,120 CZK equiv.

Driven by the healthcare sector and short rates.

Sharpe ratio (90D)1.32

Return per unit of risk assumed.

Real-time VaR 95%-1.4% daily

Limit −2.0%. Pumping 70%.

Predictive scenarios for the next 30 days

The baseline scenario assumes stable rates. The stress branch models the decrease in liquidity and the strengthening of the koruna. For each branch, you can see the impact on cash-flow.

Audit trail

Model version 4.2.1, 14 data sources, last calibration yesterday at 22:40. Limit changes and manual interventions are time-stamped.

What does the report look after for you?

Real-time risk management

Exposure, concentration and liquidity limits with warning before being exceeded.

Sensitivity to macroeconomic shocks

The impact of rates, inflation and exchange rates on your particular allocation.

Attribution and discipline

Decomposing return into factors to differentiate skill from market environment.

The report does not replace investment advice. It provides analytical data for your decisions.

Summary for management: the daily briefing is designed to be completed in five minutes and reviewed in more depth once a week. All metrics use a uniform methodology, so development is comparable over time.

03 — Analytical architecture
How a recommendation is made

From raw data to a calibrated recommendation in four steps

Instead of promises, we show progress. Each phase has clear inputs, controls and outputs that are prescribed in the daily audit.

Phase 01

Ingesting data from multiple sources

Market, company and macroeconomic data are unified in real time, including a completeness check.

  • Cleaning and time synchronization
  • Record the origin of each data
Phase 02

Predictive modeling and stress tests

The scenarios estimate likely developments and test the resilience of the allocation to shocks.

  • Formation of basic and stress branches
  • Sensitivity to rates, exchange rates and liquidity
Phase 03

Optimizing decision making

Recommendation balances expected return and risk according to your profile and limits.

  • Risk-weighted ranking of variants
  • Justification in the language of the allocation
Phase 04

Daily performance audit

The automatic check closes the cycle and prepares the documents for the next day.

  • Yield attribution and drawing limits
  • Archive for back comparison
04 — Examples of use
Capital allocation in practice

Three situations where discipline is decisive

The scenarios are based on the typical needs of professionals who diversify in addition to their main career. The specific settings always depend on your profile.

Liquid portfolio without daily tracking

For ETF and equity investors who don't want to react to every market move.

  • Regular control of exposure and concentration
  • Warning of deviation from target weights
  • Monthly evaluation of costs and taxes
How rebalancing works

Private equity and alternative returns

To assess less liquid opportunities with a longer horizon and limited transparency.

  • Structured assessment of cash-flow and risks

  • Exit scenarios and reserve needs
Principles of risk assessment

Management FAQs

Answers you need before activating your profile

If you are considering Sova AI to manage your own allocation, start here. We are happy to document the details in a sample report.

Note on methodology transparency: We explain the models at the level of factors and assumptions. For each recommendation, you can see which dates and limits affected it, and you can independently verify it.
How does the daily reporting work and what exactly does it contain?

Every morning you will receive a briefing with the same structure: total exposure, daily return attribution, drawdown of risk limits including VaR, Sharpe ratio and predictive scenarios. An audit trail with data sources and model version is included.

How do you deal with data and where does sovereignty lie?

The analytics profile works with data you link yourself and with public market data. Accesses can be revoked at any time and the history export remains available. Sensitive data is only used to calculate your report.

Are the models interpretable or is it a black box?

Each output is decomposed into factors: what signal, with what weight and with what uncertainty. With stress tests, you see specific assumptions, such as rate or exchange rate movements, and their impact on your allocation.

Can I set my own risk parameters and limits?

Yes. When you activate the profile, you define the risk tolerance, maximum exposure, concentration and liquid reserve. Exceedings are signaled in time, not retroactively, and limit changes are recorded.

Does Sova AI replace an investment advisor or administrator?

No. Sova AI is analytical and decision support. It provides data intelligence and daily performance auditing, decisions and accountability remain with you. Consult a licensed professional for regulated advice.
